Our Products

There are three sauces in our fresh Thai curry sauce range. A mild Thai Massaman curry sauce, a medium hot Thai green curry sauce & a slightly spicier Thai red curry sauce.

All of our sauces are plant based, gluten free, nut free, dairy free, free from preservatives, reconstituted ingredients, thickeners & emulsifiers. We use at least 60% Tasmanian fresh produce. Thai curry sauce as nature intended!

FRESH THAI MASSAMAN CURRY SAUCE

A family favourite, our Thai Massaman Curry is our mildest curry & packed with flavour! In addition to our signature Thai Larder Massaman curry paste, coconut milk, lemongrass, and galangal, it is made fragrant with Indian influenced flavours such as cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. This curry is rich in flavour and goes very well with beef, chicken thighs, and tofu.

FRESH THAI GREEN CURRY SAUCE

A firm favourite with those that love traditional Thai curry & packed with all the complex flavours you expect from a fresh curry made from the traditional way from authentic fresh ingredients. In addition to ur signature Thai Larder Green curry paste, coconut cream, lemongrass, and galangal, it is made fragrant with fresh coriandar.This curry goes with almost anything but is amazing with chicken thighs, beef, tofu, or prawns!

FRESH THAI RED SAUCE

A firm favourite with those that love Thai curry a little spicier. Packed with a few extra chillies & with all the complex flavours you expect from a fresh curry made from the traditional way from authentic fresh ingredients. This curry goes well with almost anything but is amazing with chicken thighs, beef, duck, tofu, salmon or prawns!
