When will I receive my order?

Orders must be made at least 48 hours before your preferred delivery date. We normally deliver on two days a week - Thursday and Saturday but if you want another day please contact me and if I will do my best to accomodate. Deliveries times are approximate and depend on the number of orders and where we are delivering. We aim to deliver on Thursday's between 4pm-8pm and Saturday's between 1pm-5pm. If you have a preferred day and time please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Once orders are closed we will then send you your estimated delivery slot.

Do I have to be at home when the delivery arrives?

Ideally, yes, as I deliver your order chilled. If you leave an Esky with an ice pack/bottle of frozen water I can leave your order in that. You can select a preferred delivery time on the online ordering page and I will do my best to meet that but please note orders times are approximate and I may need to agree an alternative time with you depending on the number of orders and delivery locations.

Delivery

All of our food is transported in a monitored chilled Esky/cooler bag at 5 degrees centigrade or below. Ideally, you should be at home so you can immediately put the food in the fridge or re-heat. If you will not be at home please leave an Esky with an ice pack outside your door. I will put your order in the Esky and call or text you to let you know that your order has been delivered. If there is no Esky with ice pack or water bottle I will take the order back in order to ensure it remains chilled and re-arrange delivery with you (this may incur an extra delivery fee).

How can I make the payment for my order?

How do I reheat my Thai Larder Meal?

The Biocane container your food comes in is 100% recyclable. It is safe to use for reheating in both a microwave and oven up to 220 degrees centigrade for up to 20 minutes. Your meal will come with reheating instructions - they are very simple to follow and take just a few minutes - but it is very important you follow them in order to enjoy your meal at its best. The reheating time may vary depending on your equipment. You also can reheat your meal on a stove by removing it from the container and placing it into a suitable pan.

How long is the shelf life of my Thai Larder Meal?

All Thai Larder meals are made from original ingredients using traditional Thai cooking techniques. Consequently, no preservatives or processed foods are used. For food safety and the best flavour, food should be stored in a refrigerator as soon as you receive your order and as long as you have kept it continuously refrigarated at 5 degrees or below, it can be consumed up to 72 hours after delivery. Most meals can also be frozen on the day you receive it to extend its shelf life for up to 2 months. If you are unsure just ask and I will be glad to advise.

Is there a minimum Order?

Yes, as I deliver to your home there is a minumum order of anywhere between $30 and $70 depending on your location. My food is best enjoyed with others!

Do you cater for customers with a food allergy?

Many of our menu items are gluten free and where that is the case it will be marked on the menu. We will also indicate on the menu if the dish contains nuts. Otherwise, please ask before ordering.
